What you can expect working with me

As a coach and thought partner, I help executives and emerging leaders level up job effectiveness and satisfaction. I have particular experience in tech and media companies and have run remote and hybrid teams for 25 years. In 2025, I also helped many people looking to transition to new roles land interesting new jobs in a tough market.

New for 2026: After finding a large number of client organizations lack efficient systems for hiring, I now offer consulting to help establish or greatly improve candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offering.

Format and pricing

While my rates vary by role and company stage, the typical engagement includes video meetings every other week and a non-contractual minimum of six sessions. Additionally, I will asynchronously review documents for discussion at no extra fee and can often be available for emergencies.
